Transtacker 4200 & Hunter 2100 Brochure

This two-page brochure covers the Transtacker 4200 bale collector and Hunter 2100 bale transporter, both designed and built in Britain by Big Bale Co. (South) Ltd.

The Transtacker 4200 is a fully automated bale collector capable of handling five different bale sizes with one trailer. It features operational layer rotation for extra stack stability, a hydraulic sprung drawbar with infinitely variable height adjustment, ABS, air and hydraulic brakes, V-Flex VF560/60R22.5 tyres, PTO drive at 6 spline 540 rpm, LED lighting and a reversing camera. It is fully CTF capable and can pick up existing stacks all year round. Maximum capacities range from 27 bales at 80 x 70 cm through to 12 bales at 120 x 130 cm.

The Hunter 2100 is a low-maintenance bale transporter requiring no PTO or drive chains, operated by three double acting services. It handles 2.50 x 2.50 m stacks up to maximum trailer height, with a side gate opening to 90 degrees for stacking in tight spaces. It is fitted with floatation tyres, ABS, ADR axles, air and hydraulic brakes and LED lighting throughout. Fully CTF capable. Maximum bale capacities match the Transtacker 4200.
