Massey Ferguson Knotter Needle
The knotter needle carries twine through the bale chamber to the knotter mechanism on each baling cycle. A worn or damaged needle directly compromises knot consistency and bale integrity — replacement should not be deferred during active baling seasons.
When fitting a replacement needle, inspect rollers, roller nuts and mounting hardware for wear — these components operate in tandem and uneven wear will shorten needle service life.
